Terms of Service

Last updated: May 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Domain Dock platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use our dynamic routing services.

2. Platform Description

Domain Dock provides developers with free domains under our parent zones (e.g. digitalweb.host). We dynamically configure reverse proxy endpoints via Traefik gateways and manage automated DNS record generation.

These services are provided primarily for testing, staging, and personal environments. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted uptime or failovers for high-scale enterprise production traffic under our free plan.

3. Developer & User Conduct

As a user mapping domain routing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You own or possess the authorization to host the target IP address or server configured.
  • You will not misrepresent yourself or attempt to hijack reserved system domains or names of established companies.
  • You are solely responsible for all content, APIs, and network responses served from your destination endpoints.

4. Prohibited Content

You are prohibited from using Domain Dock domains to point to target servers hosting:

  • Phishing mirrors, malicious scripts, malware, or coordinate cyberattacks.
  • Illegal materials, spam campaigns, or bots.
  • Services designed to evade tracking or launch Denial of Service (DoS) operations.

5. Abuse and Account Termination

We implement automated rate limiting, reserved keywords, and validation checks. If a mapped domain is flagged by external abuse databases or reports of phishing, we reserve the right to delete the project, wipe the Cloudflare A record, and suspend the user account instantly without warning.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO UPTIME GUARANTEES, LOSS OF IN-FLIGHT TRAFFIC DATA, OR TRANSITIONAL DNS FAILURES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DOMAIN DOCK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATING TO THE FAILURE OF OUR DEPLOYMENT SERVICES, DOWNTIME ON LET'S ENCRYPT API, OR DOCKER PROXY CRASHES.
