Welcome to Domain Dock (“we”, “our”, “us”). We operate as an infrastructure SaaS providing customizable domain routing, proxy configurations, and automated TLS/SSL certificate handshakes. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, share, and protect your information when you register an account, utilize our custom routing platform, or visit our marketing website.
2. Data We Collect
To provide our gateway proxying and dashboard tools, we collect the following categories of data:
- Account Metadata: Email addresses, username, hashed passwords, and credentials needed for authentication.
- Server Configuration Details: Target server IP addresses, custom domain names, CNAME settings, and routing parameters.
- Logs & Metrics: Network request metrics, health check responses, router uptime, and certificate issue indicators. We do NOT inspect the payload or traffic passing through proxy gateways.
3. How We Use Data
We use your information exclusively to keep your deployment routes functioning:
- Provisioning dynamic domain mappings via Cloudflare API.
- Triggering background queues for Let's Encrypt SSL certificate generation.
- Generating dynamic Traefik routing gateway configurations.
- Providing backend database checks to confirm domain availability and uniqueness.
4. Data Security
Data security is core to infrastructure. All database sessions, user passwords, and internal routing endpoints are fully encrypted. We enforce TLS termination across all router setups to guarantee the safety of administrative APIs.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted infrastructure APIs to run the platform:
- Cloudflare: For global DNS management and A record registration.
- Let's Encrypt: For generating automated ACME certificates.
- DigitalOcean / AWS / Hetzner: Supporting target server endpoints mapped by developers.
